Possible cause
a) The CIU 500 is defective.

a) GRM communication lost, or

9. Disposal

This product or parts of it must be disposed of in an
environmentally sound way:
1. Use the public or private waste collection service.
2. If this is not possible, contact the nearest
Grundfos company or service workshop.

Remedy
Replace the CIU 500.
Set the switch to "4".
Check the cable connection
between the Grundfos product and
the CIU 500.
Connect to GRM server and run
the 4-step wizard.
LED1 is flashing green.
Contact the nearest Grundfos
company.
Set the switch to "4".
Check ethernet cable in router.
Check router settings.
Check router related SIM card.
Check that the contract with
Grundfos is valid and there is
access to the GRM data.
Check that you use the lowest
MAC address (lowest number) of
the two ports of CIM 500 (see
sticker on the module) requires a
contract with Grundfos and
granted access to GRM)
