5.2.7 Compressor oil chart

The oil indicated above (ISO 100) is adequate for temperatures from +5 to +25 °C
For temperatures below +5 °C, use ISO 68 grade oil.
For temperatures above +25 °C, use ISO 150 grade oil.

5.3 Periodic maintenance schedule

Maintenance
Change the compressor oil
Tighten the head block fixing screws
Check the tightness of all screws
Check the lubricator oil level
Check the level of condensation in the filter bowl
Drain condensation from the air tank
Check the compressor oil level
Clean the air filter element
Change the compressor oil
Change the air filter element
Change the pilot valve muffler
Check the belt tension
Clean all the external parts of the compressor

- DISMANTLING THE MACHINE WHEN NO LONGER USED

6.1 General

The compressor is to be dismantled when no longer used.
The parts are to be disassembled in order to dispose of them as required.
• Empty the air tank.
• Remove the oil left in the compressor.
• Empty the oil lubricator.
• Divide the disassembled parts according to the material they are made of (metal, plastic, oil, etc.) and dispose of them following
the regulations in force in the country where the machine is used.
IMPORTANT!
Do not pollute the sewer and the ground with waste oil and solvents.
