5. Autoclave Description

Steril-food autoclave belongs to a series of over-heated water circulation auto-
claves that are distinguished for the following features:
1. Arm / joist locking system.
2. Temperature and time electronic control circuit.
3. Safety locking system that only allows lid opening with pressure 0 bar and a
temperature under 95ºC (except model 20L).
4. Safety valve and maximum pressure limiter that disconnects the heating
element in case of overpressure, set at 2.5 bar.
5. Limiter thermostat to protect the heating element, set at 160ºC.
5.1 Touch screen elements
1. USB connection
2. Color touch TFT screen.

5.2 Location of the main elements
1. Door closing handle
2. General switch
3. Access to inside the chamber (not available for
model 20L).
4. Access port cover into the chamber for placing a calibration probe.
(not available for model 20L).

5. Door clossing joint.

Check, before closing the lid, that the gasket is placed in its housing.
