8. Transportation And Warehousing

8.1 Transportation
When transporting the generator, please close fuel valve handle, fix the generator on a flat
position as much as possible to avoid dumping.
8.2 Preparation of long-term storage of the generator
1. Do not store the generator in wet, dirty place.
2. Empty fuel
A. Open fuel valve handle, loosen the oil discharge screws on the bottom of carburetor,
discharge the fuel in the fuel tank and carburetor to a suitable container.
B. Tighten the screw on the bottom of carburetor, close fuel valve handle.
2. Charge the battery every other month（where available）
3. Change new engine oil
4. Disassemble spark plug, pour one spoon of engine oil into the cylinder, turn the engine
several times to disperse the oil, then assemble the spark plug.
5. Pull the handle slowly until you feel the pressure, the piston is now at the high end of the
high pressure compression stroke, the intake and exhaust valves are simultaneously
closed, store the generator under these circumstances can prevent getting rusty inside.
