Figure 9 Pulling the starter handle.
 Do not let the starter handle bounce back, take the handle back slowly by hand.
 Do not let the handle rub the generator, otherwise the handle will have premature
wear.
■ Do not pull the starter handle when the machine is running.
4.4 Push back the choke lever when the engine is warm.
Operating at high altitudes
At high altitudes, standard carburetor has strong mixture of air and fuel, engine running
performance reduces, and fuel consumption increases. In order to change engine running
performance, you can change the aperture of the main nozzle of carburetor, adjust the idle
screw.
If the generator is always used at altitude over 1500m, please ask authorized agent
of PRAMAC to adjust these changes for you.
The horsepower will decrease each 3.5% with each 305m increase. The impact of altitude on
power is bigger without these adjustment.
 If the nozzle is designed for high altitudes, while running in low altitudes, it could
cause low output power, overheat or even serious damage to the engine because of the
low fuel ratio.
