Problem
I poured water through the
HumidAire accidentally.
No air flow is coming
through.
Water is splashing into my
mask.

Possible cause
The air tubes are loose or have
become disconnected.
The air tube is pinched in the
HumidAire lid.
The water chamber is overfilled.
The control dial is set too high,
and condensation is forming in
the air tube and mask.
Solution
Unplug the HumidAire from the
power and allow it to dry.
Check that the air tubes are
connected properly to the flow
generator and the water
chamber connector pipes.
Free the air tube. Check carefully
for any small punctures or holes.
Empty some water from the
water chamber.
Turn the control dial down.
