Make sure that you handle raw poultry hygienically: Clean all utensils and
surfaces that have come into contact with raw poultry or its thawing water
thoroughly with warm water and washing-up liquid before further use.
Clean your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap between each
preparation step.

Poultry should be cooked all the way through; otherwise, there is an in-
creased risk of salmonella and other bacteria.
NOTE
You can use either the timer or the grill thermometer r for all programmes.

You can adjust the grill temperature, timer and core temperature at any
time as described above.
Six programmes are available:
Burger A:
Poultry B:
Fish C:
Meat K L M: Suitable for solid meats, e.g. beef, pork or lamb
The preset values provide you with reference points for the optimum grilling
temperature and duration or core temperature of the respective food. However,
the perfect setting depends on various factors, such as the nature of the food or
your personal preferences. Adjust the values to your needs as required.

Suitable for meatballs or burger patties and for pre-cooked food
between two bread or roll halves such as panini, sandwiches
or baguettes. The preset time is designed for burger patties; for
other grilled food, the grilling time may need to be adjusted.
