Wipe the surfaces with a soft cloth.
ATTENTION!
Delicate surfaces, glass. Dents, scratches, corrosion, wounds, broken glass
- DO NOT aim the jet directly on the varnished or plasticised surfaces
- DO NOT apply the detergents directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned
- DO NOT use steam cleaning equipment
- Do not use excessive force
- DO NOT bring the jet too close to the dirt. This may cause injury to the operator and
contaminate parts that have already been cleaned, as well as the environment.

Internal cleaning with high pressure washers (Fig. 15) :

21.3. Clean the external parts (Daily/Weekly)

Clean all the external parts of the cabinet on a week basis (cap.21.2.).

21.4. Clean the internal parts (Monthly)

In addition to respecting the "General instructions" (cap.21.2.) proceed as follows:

empty the cabinet completely from the goods it contains.

remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grids etc.

wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C).

disinfect using a detergent with an antibacterial component.
Carefully clean the bottom tank, the drip tray and the grid that protects the water

drain, eliminating all foreign bodies that have fallen through the suction grid lifting, if

dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

For the formation of ice, contact a specialist refrigeration technician.

21.5. Clean the sliding doors

PROCEDURE:

lift the price-tag holder profile (fig. A)

lift and remove the covers (fig. B)
3
proceed to clean (cap.21.3.)

remove the covers
5
reposition the cover profile

21.6. Clean specific materials
