HOW TO USE ACCESSORIES ON THE BENCH THROUGH ANCHORS

NOTE: If you feel the need to have
more load, it is possible to combine
the different resistance bands.
Make sure the weights and
accessories are stored in the
MOVEBENCH®, these will
serve as a counterweight to
ensure the bench is a strong
anchor point.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIT THE CARABNER DIRECTLY ON THE WOODEN
BENCH. RISC OF ACCIDENT AND EQUIPMENT DAMAGE.
