Cutting Processes
9.1 Through-cuts (U.K. users sea para. 6.5)
A Mount the riving knife and the protective hood. Danger of
injuries !
C Set the ripping fence at the width required and fix it.
E Attention!
In case of the cutting width being below 120 mm always use a stick to push the workpiece forward.

9.2 Rabbeting (U.K. users see para. 6.5)
A Remove the saw blade guard. Mount and adjust the riving
knife.
B Set the cutting height of the saw blade so that it is about 10
to 15 mm higher than the thickness of the workpiece. The
distance between the the hood and the workpiece should
be about 8 mm.
D Start the machine and push the workpiece smoothly forward.
B Set the required cutting height. Set ripping fence to required
width and clamp.
