All repairs or replacements should be carried out by the center, which has been approved by the manufacturer.
Ensure the correct and safe cutting. Always attach cut material to the working table. Before starting work, make sure that the tool
is stable. If necessary mount the tool to table. If necessary support crossing material, which is long.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

The product is supplied fully assembled. Before using the machine for the first time, remove the safety chain which ensures the
cutterhead in bottom position (II). Chain should be mounted each time before transporting of the machine.
After the cutter head is raised, check whether the movable part of the cover has automatically moved to the lowest position. If the
movement of the cover would be disrupted or it would not move down by itself, gently loosen the cover bolt (III). It is forbiddent to
completely remove the bolt from cover.

PREPARING FOR OPERATION

Operations to be carried out before starting the work
Machine should be located at the place of work, on a work bench, rack or to a similar position. All covers and safety devices
must be properly mounted before starting the machine. Be sure that circular grinding wheel can rotate freely. Before starting
the machine, you should make sure that all moving parts can perform smooth full range of motion, and that the grinding disc is
mounted correctly. Before connecting cable plug to the mains, make sure that the mains parameters correspond to the power
supply parameters from the nameplate on the machine.
Machine should be put on a level and stable surface, for example on the work bench. Mounting height must be adjusted to the
operator's height, in such a way as to allow for the full operation without too far reaching, while ensuring a stable and secure
operator's position.
Installation and replacement of the grinding wheel
Attention! Before installing or replacing the grinding wheel, you should disconnect the diagonal line of the grinding wheel from the
mains, by disconnecting the plug from the mains.
When replacing the grinding wheel use protective gloves.
Loosen the bolt which is fixing the spindle cover (IV). Do not remove the bolts completely.
Lift the movable cover of the abrasive disc (V), then the spindle cover (VI).
On the side of engine cover the spindle rotation lock is located, it must be moved in the direction of grinding wheel and hold in this
position (VII). Turn the screw with a wrench, with attached to it the grinding wheel (VIII), until the lock reaches the inner hole of
flange, which is mounting the grinding wheel, and locks its movement (IX).
While holding the lock spindle, please remove the mounting bolt and remove the outer mounting flange (X). Remove the grinding
wheel, and, using a soft bristle brush, clean the mounting area. Install the grinding wheel, external mounting flange and while
holding the lock spindle, secure the mounting with bolt. Lower the spindle cover and the movable cover of disk, and then tighten
the bolt which is mounting spindle.
After installation check that grinding wheel is fitted correctly. Wear the personal protection equipment. Stand in a position such that
no parts of the body would be in the plane of grinding wheel rotation. Switch on the machine and allow it to work without a load
for 30 seconds. If at this time there will be observed any suspicious vibration or other symptoms of abnormal work, you should
immediately stop the machine and check the correctnes of abrasive disc fitting installation.
WORKING WITH THE CUTTER
Setting the cutting angle (XI)
Table provides a support plate, which allows you to set the cutting angle in the range of + /- 45 degrees.
Then loosen the two bolts mounting the support plate, set the desired cutting angle, and firmly and securely tighten both bolts.
The support plate has marked angular scale, which allows you to choose approximate cutting angle. However in order to perform
a fine setting, use an additional measurement tool, for example, protractor.
Clamp application
Cut element should be pressed against the table support plate. To do this, use clamp. In order to quickly raise the pressure force
you should raise the mounting thread (XII), move the clamp in desired position, and then lower mounting thread. Using the clamp
handle you should tighten clamp so that the cut element is pressed against the support plate (XIII).
In the case of cutting the long elements, which significantly extend beyond the working table, you should be apply external sup-
port elements. Use the two support elements on each side of cut element, which significantly extends beyond a table. One of the
supports should be placed as close as possible to working table, and the other one near the end of cut element. This will prevent
unexpected movement of the element after cutting. The height of the supports should be chosen so that as you progress in cutting,
the parts of cut element should draw outside of the cutting plane. This will prevent from catching and locking of the grinding wheel
by cut element. Catching and locking may cause disintegration of the disk, which can lead to serious injury or even death.
