The Defrost button is necessary to start the defrost process if the mixture is severely
frosted to the icy surface.
6.
Operating instruction
6.1 Apply the prepared ice cream mix to the ice surface of the freezer.
6.2 Use a special spatula/scraper to level the paste on the chilled surface, raise it slightly
immediately after leveling and level it again. Repeat the procedure several times until the paste
is sufficiently loose and snowy.
6.3 Next, smooth the paste over the surface and roll the ice cream strips by onward motions
(see the figure below).
6.4 Lay out the resulting rolls in a festive package and decorate them with toppings.
6.5 After that, the product is ready for sale.
IMPORTANT: If the ice cream is severely frosted to the work surface, briefly press the "Defrost"
heating button before rolling each roll.
