Cinnamon Apple Butter
Spritz Cookies
2½ cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup apple butter
½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Wilton Pure Vanilla Extract
Cream Cheese
Spritz Cookies
2½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
4 ounces (½ – 8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese,
softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Wilton Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Preheat oven 350°F. In medium bowl, combine flour and cinnamon. In large bowl beat
apple butter, butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix
well. Add flour mixture; mix just until blended. Roll dough into logs and fill Cookie
Master Plus. Using desired disk shapes, press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove
to cooling grid and cool completely.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

butter and cream cheese together with electric mixer. Add sugar; beat until light and
fluffy. Add egg yolk, vanilla and lemon zest; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture.
Shape dough into logs and place in cookie press. Press cookies onto ungreased
cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie
sheet; remove to cooling grid and cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
