1. Features of design and operation.
The upper and lower griddle plates are enameled and easy to clean.
You can use a single or double press grill.
Independent temperature control system is easy to use, and it is energy-efficient.
The internal fusible plug is reliable and safe.
The cooking temperature of the press grill can be adjusted according to various
requirements.
The grill is made of stainless steel. The pull-out oil tray is also made of stainless steel.

3. Note
The operating voltage of the equipment must correspond to the power supply.
A suitable switch, fuse and socket must be installed near the equipment.
There is a ground bolt on the back of the equipment. Please properly connect the ground
wire with copper cable, no less than 2 mm according to safety regulations.
Before using, the user should check whether the connection is reliable, voltage is
constant and grounding is safe.
Do not place any objects on the upper griddle plate and do not shake strongly when
lifting equipment.
Turn off the power supply during cleaning. Do not use a towel soaked in a corrosive
cleaner, and do not rinse the equipment with water.
The equipment temperature is adjustable from 50 to 300℃. The recommended
maximum operating temperature is 200~250℃.
