D- USING YOUR DEEP FREEZER
Control Panel
Green warning light will be on as long as your product runs.
Yellow light will be on when you shift to fast freezing position.
Red warning light will be on when the door of the freezer remains open for a long time or when you load fresh food.
The light will go off after closing the door or food starts freezing.
NOTE
Control panel on your product is not available for every model and it may vary in some models.
Place of the indicator lights and buttons on your product may be different than the ones shown herein. Thus
be careful to the colours stated in the control panel section.
Setting the Internal Temperature of your Product

You can set internal temperature of your product through the thermostat on the control panel:
You can set the thermostat by using a coin etc. that can enter the opening on the button (Picture 10 A)

There are numbers from 1 to 4 on the thermostat button
Operating ratio of your product will increase as you shift the button toward the position "4" and thus you will gain
more cooling.
Operating ratio of your product will decrease as you shift the button toward the position "1" and thus you will gain
less cooling.
Factory set thermostat value of your product is the standard position. This position is the most efficient position of the
freezer in terms of cooling and energy consumption.

Setting the Internal Temperature of your Product
UED 5170 DTK A+
You can set the internal temperature of your product by means of a thermostat on the control panel
- There are three levels which are MIN, MID and MAX on the thermostat. (Picture 10)
When you take the thermostat switch to "MIN" position, running rate of your product will decrease and you will
get less cooling.
As you set the thermostat towards MAX position, running rate will increase and thus you will get more cooling.
Note: In UED 5170 DTK A+ model, take your product to "MID" position and run empty for 24 hours before start
using it.
MID position is the mode suitable for running under many conditions

You can set internal temperature of your product through the thermostat on the control panel:
You can set the thermostat by using a coin etc. that can enter the opening on the button (Picture 10 C)
There are 1, S and the numbers between these two on the thermostat button
Operating ratio of your product will increase as you shift the button toward the position "5" and thus you will gain more
cooling.
Operating ratio of your product will decrease as you shift the button toward the position "1" and thus you will gain less
cooling.
When you take your thermostat button to "S" position, your product will run in super cooling mode and therefore you
will gain the fastest and highest cooling.
Ex-factory thermostat setting of your product is position 3. This position is the most efficient position of the freezer in
terms of cooling and energy consumption
