Damage to the scale due to aggressive cleaning agents or liquids
A Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents (solvents, etc.) for cleaning, but only a cloth
moistened with mild soapy water.
A Make sure that no liquid penetrates into the device and rub with a dry, soft cloth.
A Remove spilled material immediately.
Damage to the scale when transporting in unsuitable packing
A Dispatch the SC25/SC50 exclusively in the original packing.
4. Important information for the connection
of scales
X When connecting scales, the respective national regulations must be observed.
X The declaration of conformity applies exclusively to the relevant combination
of Vectron POS systems (Vectron POS 7, POS Touch 15 II, POS Touch 15 II Wide,
POS Touch 14 Wide, POS Touch 12 II and POS PC), certified Vectron software
and the scale Vectron SC25/SC50.
X Use within the range regulated by the measuring and calibration law:
If the balance is used commercially or in a legally controlled application, it
must be installed, calibrated and sealed in accordance with the legal requi-
rements applicable in your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to ensure that all applicable legal requirements are complied with. As these
vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, the buyer must obtain information at an
appropriate location if he is unfamiliar with these provisions. To prevent access
to calibration and metrological settings, the balance must be sealed.
