Take the spindle (3) and put in the plunger (9 - 13) needed
for the desired flare.
Now you can screw the spindle assembly (3) onto the pressure plate and the body (2).
Make sure that the spindle is fully screwed onto the body!
Use the handle (4) to operate the spindle (3) and turn it
clockwise until you can sense a counter pressure to finish
the flare.
Turn the handle (4) counterclockwise to loosen the spindle
(3) again and take it out of the pressure plate.
For double flares you may now replace the plunger to finish
the flare.
Loosen the body's (1) tensioning screw and take out the jaws
to inspect the finished flare.
All gripping jaws can be used both ways for 90° (DIN) or 45°.
Make sure that the jaws are pressed against each other
correctly (no different profiles against each other)!
Use the marks as a help for a correct jaw alignment!
