12. If there are no varistors connected to the new AC
power controller assembly, remove the two varistors
from the defective AC power controller assembly
and connect them to the new AC power controller
assembly. When doing so, make sure that the
varistor lead with loop is in the left-hand terminal
and that the temperature fuse is positioned on the
side facing away from the insertion tool.

Installing the new AC power controller assembly

There are assemblies on this assembly with a safety extra-low voltage circuit (SELV circuit). To
ensure the safety of the circuits, an optical inspection must be carried out before installation.

Damage to the inverter due to excessive torques during screw tightening
Screw contact areas may be ruptured due to excessive torques.
• Use only the new screws included in delivery to install the new assembly.
• Tighten all screws with a Torx screwdriver and on no account exceed the specified torques.
