6 Disassembling the defective AC power controller assembly

• Remove the ribbon cable of the CON assembly and the AC power controller assembly.
• Depending on the version, remove the cables (A) coming from the choke either from the
spring clamp terminals or the screw terminals.
• Remove the cable of the interior fan (B).
• Remove the black cable of the AC power controller assembly (C) from the CON
assembly.
• Remove the fan cable (D).
• Remove the DC link connection cable (E) from the screw terminals on the CON assembly.
To do so, loosen the two screw terminals with a flat-blade screwdriver (blade width: 5.5
mm) and remove the conductor from the screw terminals.
9. Loosen and remove the four module screws with a Torx screwdriver (TX20).
10. Loosen the seven screws of the defective AC power controller assembly with a Torx
screwdriver (TX20) and remove them.
11. Carefully remove the defective AC power controller assembly from the inverter enclosure.
