Before Using Product
Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure that your product is properly
installed. Failure to follow these instructions for the assembly of use of your
My Chair could result in serious injury or death. The safety of your child is your
responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your reference.
WARNING
• Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out, falls, or tipping over.
• Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without help (about 2 ½ years old).
• Use ONLY for a child capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• Never leave child unattended.
• Never allow a child to push away from table.
• Always check the booster seat is securely attached to an adult chair
before and after seating child.
• Always use three-point safety belt when child is in booster seat.
• Use ONLY on adult seats that have a solid surface.
• NEVER use this booster seat unless all 4 corners of the booster seat
are securely positioned on the surface of the adult seat.
• Do not use booster seat without both anchoring straps securely
attached to adult chair.
• Do not hang objects from the booster seat.
• Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor vehicles.
• Discontinue use if booster seat is broken. Contact manufacturer
immediately for replacement parts or service.
