PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
High pressure cleaner is supplied partially disassembled. Take parts
out of the package and assemble in the below described order.
CONNECTING THE PRESSURE HOSES
• Remove blank plugs from the stub pipes (6) and (12).
• Install the pressure hose (7) by tightening it to the pump stub pipe
(6) (fig. A) and reel stub pipe (12) (fig. B) as shown on fig. C.
• Connect the high pressure hose (4) on the reel (2) with the gun
handle (9) (fig. D).
Attach the pressure hose (7) to the guiding piece in the holder for
equipment (8) (fig. E).
WATER SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
Filter placed in the water inlet must be always installed to
filter out sand, limestone and other contaminations that could
damage valves in the cleaner pump.
• Unscrew the connector (24) and make sure the filter (23) is in the
water inlet connector (15) (fig. F).
• Screw the connector (24) onto the water inlet connector (15).
• Install quick couplers to connector hose ends (min. Ø 1/2") (25).
• Attach the connector hose (25) to the connector (24) and water
tap (fig. G).
Water temperature on the inlet connector must not be higher
than 40
0
C.
Water should be clean and free from sand and corrosive
substances. Dry operation (without water) will damage the
device.
REEL FOR HIGH PRESSURE HOSE
The reel (2) saves space when storing the high pressure hose (4). The
reel is equipped with folding crank (3) (fig. H).

INSTALLATION OF HOLDERS FOR EQUIPMENT
Install supplied holders for equipment (8) and (18) by sliding them
into guiding pieces located on the sides of the high pressure cleaner
(fig. I, J).
• Place the detergent container (17) in the holder (18).
• Slide suction tube into the detergent container (17) and close with
the plug (19) located on the suction tube (fig. K).
• The second holder (8) is used to store the handle gun, lance and
turbo nozzle.
LANCE AND GUN HANDLE ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY
• Attach the lance (11) to the gun handle (9) (notice notches on the
connection), press in slightly and rotate by 90
• You can disassemble the lance by following the installation
procedure in reverse sequence.
PRESSURE AND STREAM SIZE ADJUSTMENT
The nozzle (26) allows to adjust low or high water pressure and size
of the stream from spot to wide fan.
• Take the lance (11) body with one hand.
• Rotate the ring (27) with the second hand (towards '+' or '-') to
obtain desired setting of water pressure.
• The ring (28) rotation allows to adjust water stream size from spot
to wide fan stream (fig. M).
Use spot water stream to wash small, very dirty surfaces. Wide water
stream is used for cleaning large, slightly dirty surfaces.
INSTALLATION OF TURBO NOZZLE
Turbo nozzle is used for very dirty surfaces. It allows to apply high,
rotating water pressure.
• Press the locking button and slide the low/high pressure nozzle
(26) off the lance (11) to disassemble (fig. N).
• Slide the turbo nozzle (10) on the lance tip (11), you should hear
the lock snaps. If required, rotate to align the nozzle to notches /
keys (fig. O).
OPERATION / SETTINGS
SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF
The mains voltage must match the voltage on the rating plate of
the high pressure cleaner.
Before starting to use the high pressure cleaner ensure there are
no other persons or animals in the work area.
Do not use the high pressure cleaner with pressure hose on its
reel. Do not bend the high pressure hose.
When using the cleaner it is recommended to hold the gun
handle with one hand and the lance with the other. Using two
hands to hold protects against uncontrolled recoil of the lance
when starting up and during operation.
The trigger of the gun handle should be pressed in prior to start
up to remove air from the pump and high pressure hose.
Switching on
• Make sure the high pressure cleaner is properly assembled and
prepared for use.
• Unwind the high pressure hose (4) from the reel (2).
• Make sure the switch (5) is in the OFF position.
• Make sure the water supply valve is fully opened.
• Unlock the trigger (21) of the gun handle (9) with the trigger lock
lever (20) (fig. P).
• Fully press the trigger (21) until water flow is uniform and there is
no air in the device or the high pressure hose (4).
• Release the trigger (21) and lock it with the trigger lock lever (20).
• Insert the power cord (13) plug to mains socket.
• Put the switch (5) to ON position (fig. R).
• Release the trigger lock lever (20) and aim the nozzle output at
a test surface.
• Adjust water stream. Proceed with cleaning.
• To switch off the device temporarily, release the trigger (21), the
device will go into stand-by mode.
• As soon as the trigger (21) is pressed again, the high pressure
cleaner will switch on.
