• Insert adjusting bolt (2).

• Insert folding stop into the stop track.

• Insert stop tube into the pivoting drill hole of the slide
table.
• Insert carriage bolt M8 x 65 from above and tighten with
washer by hand.
• Insert adjusting bolt (2).
• Attach stop track (3).

• Insert folding stop into the stop track.
• Attach plate (4) and retaining strip (5) to the table.

2 serrated washers 8.2 in dia.

• Push bearing strip (6) between plate (4) and retaining
strip (5) and tighten the hex nuts.

• Insert the clamping bolt into the slide table and tighten.
1 serrated washer 8.2 in dia.

• Choose the appropriate drill hole according to the
pivoting direction of the stop track.
• Fasten work piece clamping device to the clamping bolt
by hand.

After making a test cut, check the angle. Loosen the cap
nut to make the necessary adjustment. The adjusting nut
(1) can be turned to the required position by hand by
pushing back the stop tube slightly. Then retighten the
cap nut and make another test cut. Repeat the correction
procedure if necessary.

Guiding the work piece safely is a requirement for acci-
dent-free precision work. Use the work piece clamping
device properly.
• Insert work piece
• Set clamping device onto the bolt with lever in position
(1).
• Set clamping device onto work piece with lever in
position (2) and tighten the hand grip on the bolt.
• To clamp a work piece, bring the lever into position (3).

Maintenance
Your scheppach pusher slide is practically maintenance-
free.
• Occasionally apply a few drops of oil to the work piece
clamping device.
• Replace the cleaning brush if necessary.
• Keep the ball-bearing guide of the slide table free
of sawdust and dirt by cleaning to guarantee smooth
running.
The following details are required to allow correct and fast
processing of a spare parts order:
• Machine type
• Machine number
• Description, order number for spare part
• When ordering spare parts for electric equipment, the
date shown on the nameplate of motor and switch must
be quoted.
• Quantity of the required spare part
• Exact details of address and type of dispatch
