Troubleshooting

Problem
LED not lit.
The UPS stays in battery mode.
The UPS continuously beeps.
Backup power time is too short.
UPS Status
The mains is normal and UPS is operating normally.
Power failure occurs and UPS is in battery mode.
Low battery.
UPS is off.
UPS fault, the LED will be Off.
LED Flashing
Possible Cause
The UPS is not on.
Battery voltage is too low.
Battery fault.
Power cord loose.
UPS may have been damaged. Shut down UPS and disconnect all loads on UPS,
Battery voltage is too low.
Overload.
Battery defect.
Solutions
Press the power switch again to turn on the UPS.
Charge the battery at least 6 hours.
Replace the battery.
Re-plug the power cord.
then restart it. If the issue persists please contact
a qualified professional for maintenance.

necting equipment, please verify that the load
matches the UPS capability specified in the specs.
