Danger to life
When opening the air heater, there is danger to live as live components and connec-
tions are exposed. Before opening the air heater, it must be disconnected from the
power supply at all poles.
Risk of fire and explosion
In the event of improper installation and use of the air heater, there is a risk of fire
and explosion. This is especially true if the air heater is located near combustible
materials and explosive gases.
Risk of burns
Risk of burns when touching the heating element tube and the nozzle as well as
other heat sources. So always allow the air heater to cool down before touching it.
Never point the hot air flow at people or animals.
Nominal voltage, specified on the air heater, must match the supply voltage.
Maximum supply impedance 0.180 Ω + j 0.113 Ω, according to EN 61000-3-11/
UL 499/CSA C22.2 no. 88 In case of doubt, the responsible power company must
be consulted.
Protective conductor required
Air heaters of protection class I must be earthed with protective conductor.
Operate air heaters under supervision
Heat or hot particles can reach flammable materials. Therefore air heaters should
be used only by trained specialists or under their supervision. Children are not
permitted to operate the device.
Protect the air heater from moisture and wet conditions.
