There are 8 cases after a call is transferred from extension A to
the extension B.
1. If A still does not hang up the handset and B picks it up, the
communication between A and B will be established while the caller
is put on hold (Music mode). Whoever hangs (A or B) the system will
transfer the call to user on hold.
2. A still hangs and B does not answer within 25 seconds. A reset the
connection to the telephone line and B will stop ringing.
3. A hangs up and B answers the call; B will answer the incoming call.
4. A hangs up and B does not answer the call within 25 seconds, the
call will ring back to A again, if A does not take the call in less than 30
seconds or A is busy, the system cuts the call.
5. After picking up the phone to hear a message error, this means that
the system is busy, A can continue pressing the FLASH button until
the error message becomes does not sound anymore.
6. A makes an invalid operation or B is busy, the system indicate it by
a busy tone, the ´process must be repeated.
7. A and B hangs up the phone. A picks up again and press: # 9 (If
the extension is in direct dialing mode, should enter: * # 9), then A will
restore the connection with telephone line.
8. The extension transfers the call (off-hook), it has 5 seconds to dial
the extension number, if not, call will return.
