-Explanation: N is the extension number (1-8) and L is the number of
dial class (0-6)
-Description: Assigns the dial class L to extension N.
Example: Assign Class 3 to extension 606.

3.11.1 Setting the restricted item A
-Format: 4 1 Q ABCD #
-Explanation: ABCD are the initial numbers of the telephone number
that will be blocked. Can be 1 to 4 digits and must end with #.
Q is the group number (01-16)
-Description: restricts outgoing calls to numbers beginning with ABCD.
Example: the extension 608 is assigned to class 4, now it will restrict
calls to numbers beginning with 573 and 168.
