3.10 Call restriction- class assignment
3.10.1 Class assignment for all extension
-Format: 4 0 L #
-Explanation: L is the number of dial class (0-6).
-Description: Set the class of dial L for all extensions.
L=1: Without restriction.
L=2: Restrictión of códe to international long distance.
L=3: Restrictión of códe to national long distance.
L=4: Initial restrictión of item A in outgoing calls.
L=5: Initial restrictión of item B in outgoing calls.
L=6: Only to intercom call.
L=0: Only call to a special number.
Example: Set the class of dial 3 to all extensions.

- In default setting the class for all extension is 2.
-This command allows set a class restriction to the extensions,
especially when the extensions have the same class.
For example, if you want set extension 603 to class 3 and extension
608 to class 4, and the rest extensions to class 5, you can set the
restriction rank to be 5 for all extensions and change the restriction
class to 3 for extension 603 and 4 for 608.
