Problem
The appliance does not work
The appliance is not in operation.
A cooking time appears in the
display.
The microwave does not switch
on.
It takes longer than before for the
food to heat up.
An audible signal sounds. The
colon in the display flashes.
Error messages
You can take remedial action yourself for some error
messages.
Error message
Error message "E723" appears in the dis-
play.
Error message "Er1", "Er4", "Er18" or "E305"
appears in the display.
Error message "Er11" appears in the dis-
play. "Button jammed"

Our after-sales service is there for you if your appliance needs
to be repaired. We will always find the right solution in order to
avoid unnecessary visits from a service technician.
E number and FD number
When calling us, please give the product number (E no.) and
the production number (FD no.) so that we can provide you with
the correct advice. The rating plate bearing these numbers can
be found on the right-hand side when you open the appliance
door. To save time, you can make a note of the number of your
appliance and the telephone number of the after-sales service
in the space below, should it be required.

Look in the fuse box to make sure that the fuse
for the appliance is OK.

Check whether the kitchen light works.
Disconnect the fuse in the fuse box. Reconnect
it after approx. 10 seconds.
