Bagger Mount
1. Install the bagger mount tube to the rear
guard with two 5/16-18 x 3-1/4" bolts,
washers and flange nuts. Make sure the
elbowed arm of the mount is on the right
hand side.
2. Install the support straps to the mount tube
with 5/16-18 x 2" bolts, washers and flange
nuts. The left hand strap is mounted on the
outside of the mount tube. The right hand
strap is mounted on the inside of the tube.
NOTE: The straps are installed with the bend to
the outside.
3. Attach a reinforcement plate to the outside
of each fender support in the front hole with
5/16-18 x 1-1/4 bolts, washers and flange
nuts. Do not fully tighten nuts. Secure the
reinforcement plates and support straps
through the rear hole of the fender supports
using the bolts, washers and flange nuts.
4. Tighten all hardware.
ASSEMBLY
Chute Support
1. Position the upper chute support against the
bagger inlet, flush at the outer edges.
2. Using the support as a template, drill two 3/8"
holes into the bagger hood.
3. Secure the upper chute support to the hood
with 5/16-18 x 1-1/4 bolts, washers and nuts.
Mounting Cover Assembly
NOTE: Assistance from another person may
ease mounting the cover assembly to mower.
1. Lift and rotate the cover to align the cover
brackets with the support assembly tubes.
2. Move the cover down over the support tubes.
