Causes and possible solutions
The roller is not lubricated or is dirty
Screws to adjust (see chapter "Adjustments")
R The belt is loosen or worn out
R Lack of a phase due to the engine
R Lack of a phase due to the electrical system
R Check the line tension with the machine one
R Defective reducer
R The engine pulley is not correctly assembled
R Controlar que la toma no esté dañada
Substitute the invertor spring
R Check the exercise pressure
R Check the wedges not to be worn out
R Check and clean the tracks
R Check there is no loss on the locking cylinders
R Check the turning collector
R Check on the pedals that:
- The sink is correctly adjusted
- The control pedal is not damaged
- The return spring of the ratchet is not damaged
- The return spring of the pedal is not damaged
- The plastic ratchet is not damaged
R Check the exercise pressure
R Check the return spring positioned on the arm is integral
R Check there is no loss from the cylinder
R Ckeck that the cylinder space is not damaged
R Check that the cylinder head is not damaged
R Check on the pedals that:
- The sink is correctly adjusted
- The control pedal is not damaged
- The return spring of the ratchet is not damaged
R Check that the sink is not damaged
R Check that the emission does not come
from a defective cylinder
R As for the self-centring pedal, also check that
the emission is not caused by the turning
