The basic steps to prepare a steak are:
1. Set 800-850 ºC and preheat the device.
2. Insert meat.
3. Grill on one side (1-4 minutes, depending on the meat and personal taste).
4. Turn meat.
5. Grill the other side (1-4 minutes, depending on the meat and personal taste).
6. Let it simmer.
7. Enjoy!
Roasting vegetables
Roast vegetables such as zucchini, aubergine, peppers or onions on both sides for perfect grilled
vegetables.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Note: It is extremely important to allow the fan to run until the device is completely cool before
cleaning.
•
Turn off and disconnect the device from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance.
•
Remove the fat drip tray and the grill and clean both of them with an appropriate cleaner. First
spray the cleaner over them and allow it to act before rinsing.
•
Use a brush with plastic bristles to clean the device's components if necessary.
•
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents to avoid damaging the device.
•
Rinse and dry thoroughly all its parts and accessories before introducing them back in the
appliance.
•
The inside part of the high-temperature grill must be cleaned after each use with a soft, damp
cloth.
•
Do not spray cleaner directly in the inside of the device, always use a cloth.
•
Use a soft damp cloth with some water to clean the product's surface.
