FAILURE TO OBSERV E INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not allow the lifeline to become slack.
• Do not allow cable, ro pe or webbing
lifelines to come in contact with anything
that will damage the l ifeline including, but
not limited to, sharp, abrasive, rough or
high-temperature surfaces , welding, heat
sources, electrical h azards, or moving
machinery.
• Wear gloves when inspecting or handling
cable lifelines.
• Check lifeline for damage, fra ys, or cuts that
will reduce the st rength.
• Maintain tension on the lifeline while letting
it retract after disconne cting from worker.
• Servicing must only be p erformed by the
manufacturer or an approved agent.
