71. Connect the vehicle harness and antenna harness to
the WIN.
72. Install the WIN (2) and bracket through the steering
column opening.
73. From the steering column and instrument column
openings, install the three WIN bracket retainers (1).
74. Connect and install the instrument cluster (1).
75. Reinstall the upper instrument cluster fastener.
76. Install the instrument panel center bezel at the retainer
locations (1).
