Detaching the strap from the buckle :
Press the button on the back of the buckle (diagram 1) then pull the strap away from the buckle to detach the strap

Attaching the buckle to the strap :
Gently insert the tab for the " One Click " spring attached to the end of the strap (diagram 3 and 4) into the space

provided in the buckle until you hear a click (diagram 3).

and which does not have a " One Click " attachment (diagram 4),
you can change the attachment yourself using the tab lug at the top right (diagram 4).
