PYROLYSIS FUNCTION (SELF CLEANING)

The device has a pyrolysis function. This function allows the open interior to be cleaned
without much effort. The interior of the oven is heated to very high temperatures during
this function. Food residues inside the oven will burn. For your own safety, there is only
one setting for the pyrolysis function and the temperature and duration of use cannot be
adjusted.
For your safety, the oven door is automatically closed when using the pyrolysis function.
The door can only be opened again when the inside of the oven has reached a
relatively safe temperature range. The interior lighting remains switched off during this
function.
Important notes on safety when using the pyrolysis function
• The interior of the oven becomes very hot when the pyrolysis function is used.
Never attempt to open the oven door by force. Let the appliance cool down before
opening the oven door. Keep children, frail and vulnerable persons away from the
appliance at all times.

Before using the pyrolysis function
• Remove all accessories and cookware, including the pull-out shelves, from the
inside of the oven before starting the pyrolysis function. Ensure that there are no

• Remove very heavy soiling manually before using the function.
• Clean the inside of the oven door and the edges of the oven interior in the sealing
area. Do not use abrasive cleaners and never remove the seal.
