3.3. Installing the lever on the shaft and the rod on the
chamber top
• Grease slighty the lever orifice and instal it on the rod. Fit a flat washer before
the locked ring.
• Grease slighty the orifice on the chamber top.
• Fit a flat washer on the shaft and rod.
• For easy assembly, install the lever on the shaft and the rod on the chamber
top at the same time.
• Install the other flat washers on the shaft and rod and lock with the locked ring.

3.4. Attaching the lance to the trigger valve

• Push the lance into the trigger valve and secure it with the screw cap.
• Unscrew the trigger valve handle.
• Remove the lock.
• Pass the hose through the lock and attach it to the trigger valve.
• Screw the handle on the trigger valve.

3.5. Inverting the lever operating side

This sprayer is shipped assembled for installing the pumping lever for left hand
operation. In case you wish to invert to right hand operation, proceed as follows:
• Remove the locked ring (1), washers and rod (2) from the compensation
chamber.
• Next, give the compensation chamber a 180º turn.
• Reinstall the rod (2) on the chamber and secure it with the cotter pin again.
• Remove locked rings (4), cotter pin (5) and washers.
• Remove the pumping lever (6).
• Retire o eixo (7) e a cinta (8).
• Remove the shaft (7) and detach the shoulder straps (8) from both sides.

• Invert the positions as shown in the figure below (To install the shaft, follows
instructions of the item 05). Install the washers and pumping lever on the rod
so as to be operated with the right hand.

• Invert the shoulder straps position as shown below.

3.6. Adjusting the shoulder strap

The tank is contoured for the operator comfort. The shoulder straps can be quickly
adjusted to properly position the sprayer on the operator's back.

3.7. Tightening

Hold the strap buckle firmly with one hand, and pull the handle downward with
the other hand.

Hold the buckle firmly with one hand, and pull the strap upward with the other
hand.
