Make sure that the containers used are
especially for glass-ceramic hobs, or
failing this that the contact surface of the
same does not contain any roughness or
defects that could scratch the surface.
3.- Hob polished with washers
To keep this hob in good condition, we
recommend cleaning it frequently with
detergent and a metallic scourer.
Take care not to pass the scourer over
the stainless steel frame and to dry it
completely.
4.- Stainless steel frame
For the preservation of metallic objects

suitable products on the
market that will help you to keep the
mirror sh ine of stainless steel for a
lifetime.
Avoid any utensils that may scratch the
steel, as if stainless steel is to retain its
properties it is essential for its surface
layer not to be damaged.
5.- Ash
The special design of the oven with
fireproof material, which exploits the fuel
to the full, means that only a minimum
amount of ash is produced.
This means that the cooker can be lit on
numerous occasions without the need to
remove it.
Whenever required, shake the grille to
make the ash fall into the ash pan.
Empty the ash pan in a metal container
and immediately remove from the house.
6.- Soot
The cover that has to be removed to
clean out the soot is located behind the
oven door.
This cover is used to clean soot that may
have accumulated at the bottom of the
cooker.
