NOTE:
The diagram (Fig. 14) indicates the optimum adjustment for a
type of boiler according to Fig. 3 on page 10. If the gas pressure
allows it, by closing the ring nut 2) (Fig. 13) you obtain reductions
in the formation of NOx.
If the pressure in the combustion chamber is
equal to 0 mbar, the air and gas/air adjustments
must be adjusted with reference to the hatched
line in the diagrams.
WARNING
Once the head is adjusted, reassemble the burner on the guides
3)(Fig. 15) at about 100 mm from the pipe coupling 4) - burner in
the position shown in Fig. 10 on page 14
Insert the probe and electrode cables, then slide the burner
as far as the pipe coupling - burner in the position shown in
(Fig. 15).
Refit screws 2) on slide bars 3).
Fix the burner to the pipe coupling with the screw 1).
Re-couple the articulated coupling 6) to the graduated sec-
tor 5).
When fitting the burner on the two slide bars, it is
advisable to gently draw out the high voltage ca-
ble and the flame detection probe cable until they
are slightly stretched.
