3.2.3 First Wi-Fi connection

For the first connection the user must search for the Wi-Fi network generated by the EMS energy
manager from their device and connect to it. No password is required.
When the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network, open the Internet browser and enter the IP
address of the EMS energy manager:
- 169.254.1.1 for FW version AAX1055_P or newer.
- 192.168.10.3 for previous FW versions.
The Wi-Fi button is not necessary for FW version AAX1055_P and newer, cause
the Access Point functionality is always accesible.

3.2.4 Connection of the EMS energy manager to an existing Wi-Fi network

To connect the EMS energy manager to an existing Wi-Fi network, proceed as follows:
1. Open the Internet browser and access the EMS energy manager website.
2. Select Wi-Fi in the left panel.
3. Select the Change option in the upper part to display the available networks.
If the SSID identification name of a Wi-Fi network is hidden, enter the Wi-Fi
network name in the Custom SSID field.
4. Select the desired network and enter the password if requested.
5. Lastly, the web browser will display a window with information about the new
connection.
In the event of error and the energy manager cannot connect to the Wi-Fi
network selected, the blue LED remains lit.
