R-100135 is a practical Ultrasonic Bath specially designed for a wide range of applications. For a
long working life and an optimum performance, we recommend you to read carefully the following
instructions:
INSTALLATION

Carefully unpack the Ultrasonic Bath. Inside you will find the following accessories:
1 plastic basket (F).

- 1 lid (A).
1 power cord (G).

Choose a flat and firm surface far from heat or vibration sources.

Connect the machine to a grounded 230 V, 50/60 Hz power supply.

Place the basket (F) inside the tank.
 Fill the tank (C) with water or a cleaning solution.

The machine is ready for operation.
OPERATION
1. Open the lid (A), place the products in the basket (F) in line and then put the basket inside the tank
(C).
2. In order to prevent scratches and friction of the products, do not pile them up.
3. Pour water into the stainless steel tank. The water should cover the products but within the min. and
max. marks.
4. Connect the power cord (G) to the body of the unit and the power source. The display will show
"180s".
5. 180s is the most common working cycle. You can choose 5 different working cycles
(180s→280s→380s→480s→90s→) by pressing the "SET" key.
6. Press the "ON" key to start cleaning. The right green indicator will turn on.
7. During the cleaning, the remaining time is shown on the display.
8. During the cleaning, you can hear the "BUZZ" sound, meaning that the unit is in operation.
9. When time "000" is reached, the unit will stop automatically and the green light will turn off.
10. If another cleaning is needed, just repeat the above steps.
This machine has a protection against overheating. If the right red pilot light turns on, it means
that the protection is in operation. If you press the "ON" key, the remaining time will be
displayed, but no ultrasonic wave will be produced. The machine needs to stop for 15 minutes.
After this time, press the "ON" key and the green pilot light will turn on; the machine can work
normally again.
11. Press the "TC" key (J) to start the heating function. The left red pilot light will turn on.
12. If you want to stop the unit during the cleaning, just press the "OFF" key. Press the "ON" key and the
unit will continue the cleaning cycle again.
13. To reset the working cycle, just press the "SET" key.
14. When the cleaning is over, unplug the unit, open the lid, and then remove the items. Finally, empty
the stainless steel tank and dry it.

CLEANING SOLUTIONS

Cleaning solutions can be classified into two types: those consisting of a cleaning solution mixed with
water, and solvents.
The most common cleaning method is with water, as it has an acceptable capacity to dissolve inorganic
substances. However, it is extremely limited in dissolving organic substances. For this type of
compound, water is a good medium for the dispersion of dirt particles, and a good basis for specific
detergents that dissolve organic substances.
In most cases a mixture of water and domestic washing up liquid can be used as a cleaning solution.
Nevertheless, when due to the amount or nature of dirt to these cleaning solutions are not enough,
specific solvents for ultrasonic baths should be used. Under no circumstances should inflammable
solvents or environmentally dangerous products be used.
