UPPER CHUTE (See Figs. 5A and 5B)
1. Lower mower to its lowest cutting position.
2. Assemble and install latch pin hardware into "1" position
for 42" models or "2" position for 46" models as shown
in Fig. 5A.
NOTE: Handle carefully so as not to damage full bag
in di ca tor.

3. Assemble
in back of cover.

4. Push in and turn upper chute until it is in line with lower
chute.
5. Align the bosses on lower chute with alignment slots
on upper chute and slide together.
6. Secure with rubber latch by hooking hole in latch over
latch pin.
