Do not introduce DC voltages above 1000 VDC or AC voltage
above 750 VAC. Nevertheless you can obtain readings higher
than the limits, this can damage the meter.
If one of the testing point is not well connected, you can obtain
some readings, specially in 200mA and 2V ranges, which is
normal. When the reading is zero, the circuit is probably opened.
Measuring DC and AC current
1.- Connect the red testing point to the jack signaled ""V Ω Hz"" for
readings between 2A and 20A (maximum 10 seconds with 20A) and
the black testing point to the jack signaled "COM".
Set the dial to the VDC setting
2.- Set the dial to the maximum setting. Reduce level by level until
reaching the desired level.
This functions it is protected by a 2A/250V fuse. Pay special
attention to 210A range, because this range is not protected by
any fuse. If you use this range, the maximum range of reading
must be 20A, for 15 seconds as maximum,
otherwise it will damage the internal resistances.

Measuring Capacitance

Remember that takes time to the multimeter to recover when we
change range.
1. Place the capacitor in the multimeter connector. Take care of
polarity (if it's wrong the "-" sign will appear).
2. Read the capacitor's value.
