Cleaning
Clean your earphones regularly using an antiseptic cloth. Keep
sleeves and protective filters clean from wax and other dirt build-up.
Wax and dirt can adversely affect sound quality and can damage your
earphones.
Furthermore, ensure that no moisture gets into the nozzle when
cleaning as this may damage the armature inside the earphones.
b.
Changing the sleeves
The sleeves can be replaced by carefully sliding them off and on the
earphones. Check that the sleeves' rubber notches (A) are securely
fastened in the locking groove.
Changing the protective filters
Your s-JAYS come with 4 pairs of replacement protective filters. If the
filter in your earphone becomes soiled or damaged, pull it off carefully.
Ensure that there is no dirt on the edges of the sound pipe. Carefully
detach a new adhesive filter from the pack and fit in the same place
