Running

The product is placed in feeding nozzle which is driven by gravity to the hammers which crush to the
point where the product passes through a sieve. Therefore, the size of the final product will depend
only on the sieve in use, running (full court). Attach the nozzle from side discharge to output the
green and dry product comes out the bottom discharge nozzle.
1) Screens: To replace the screens, do the
following:
A) Loosen the sieve "A" (fig.01) and open the lid of
the machine frame.
B) Place the pair of sieves "B" so that they want to
slide and fit in their respective latches (fig.01).
C) Close the lid of the machine locking screws "A"
(fig.01) firmly.
PS. Green products should be crushed with the
"fund cut" or 18 mm sieve to dry, use the screen that
best suits you needs.
2) Crushing:
Operate the tractor PTO and wait a while for the rotor of the Chopper TN-10 Nogueira reach the
optimum speed of work (1800 to 2000 RPM). The food product on the machine should be gradual
and uniform, but always respecting be ability to work the same. The dry ground product comes out
the bottom discharge nozzle, and the green ground product comes out nozzle from side discharge.
PS. When working with green products, be sure to attach the chute exit side.
Electrical base
The Chopper TN-10 Nogueira can leave the factory fitted in a electric base, we suggest you use
engines from 30 hp with a speed of 1750 RPM. If in doubt which the electric motor must be used, see
the electrical for your region.
