4. OPERATION

4.1.

Operation principle and description.

The machine irons the clothes passing between the roller and the heating plate. The movement of the
roller moves the clothes until they end up on the bottom tray.
Steps to do the ironing:

Press the START button, the green diode will light up indicating that the machine is ready for use.

Select the required temperature according to the indications in sections 4.4. and 4.5.

Selection of the different types of fabric.

As soon as the programmed temperature is reached, with the plate in the open position, you can
start to iron preparing the clothes on the wooden table and then pressing the pedal to put the
cylinder into movement and lower the heating plate.

In standby state, after 6 minutes of inactivity, the machine enters state "on". Ironing, after 18
minutes on inactivity, the machine enters state "on". In both cases, a warning signal sounds.

The cylinder will automatically take the clothes underneath the plate.

The ironed clothes can be put onto the tray located underneath the cylinder.

Pressing the pedal again, the plate will be separated to iron another item of clothing.
4.2.

Manual movement of the plate.

Before starting the machine up, check that the plate is in the down position, i.e., situated against the
roller. If not, the movement must be carried out manually with the help of the supplied ball end
Allen wrench. Put the Allen wrench into the hole that accesses the motor and make the shaft turn
clockwise to move the plate towards the roller.
IMPORTANT: The facility's technical manager must know what the correct cyclical direction of the
phases is, so that they cannot be accidentally inverted.
