OPERATION
Once the motorcycle has started, RPM Dash will perform an automatic
check of operation, turning on all LEDs in sequence. Then the RPM display
mode will start automatically.
RPM DISPLAY MODE
RPM display
With the engine idling, RPM Dash will make the first LED indicated with
number 5 on the display flash at a low frequency.
The intensity of the frequency will increase until the engine reaches 5000
RPM; at this point, this LED will stay on fixed.
As the engine RPM increases, each LED will indicate the corresponding value
detected (e.g. 5 = 5000 RPM, 6 = 6000 RPM,....).
Once a specific RPM threshold is reached, all blue LEDs will flash.
This is the shift light indicator that suggests the pilot to shift up the gear
(see the section "Shift Light setting").

LAUNCH CONTROL MODE
RPM display
Launch Control
2 sec
Pressing the button for 2 seconds in "RPM display" mode switches to Launch Control
mode and the red central "LC" LED remains on.
In this mode the LEDs turn on in sequence as the engine RPM increases. Once all have
turned on fixed (all the 10 blue and 2 red), this informs the pilot of the correct speed to
maintain in order to ensure a good start.
If this threshold is exceeded, all the LEDs will flash, informing the pilot to close the
gas slightly to return to the optimal value.
In this mode the LEDs do not indicate the engine RPM value.
To understand how to change and set the RPM threshold to be reached for
starting, see the section "Launch Control mode target setting".
MODE CHANGE
Pressing the button for 2 seconds makes it possible to change from the RPM
display mode to the Launch Control mode and vice versa.
With the Launch Control mode active, the system switches automatically to
the RPM display mode after 120 seconds.
