Guarantee
Subject to appropriate use of the visor, SCHUBERTH provides the original
purchaser with a guarantee of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase for
material and manufacturing defects. SCHUBERTHs liability is limited at its
own discretion either to the repair or the replacement of products, which
are proven to be faulty within the guarantee period. The visor must not
deviate from its original condition and/or have been damaged by improper
use.
