The ingredients should be cut in equal pieces (about 2.5 cm) before processing them.
Work in batches to avoid overloading the appliance.

use the small feed tube. " I/O answer "Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, le grand tube

There may be too much dough for your food processor. Remove half of the dough and
process in batches. It is also possible that the dough is too wet. If the motor accelerates,
let the appliance run. If the motor does not accelerate, add more flour (1 tablespoon at
a time) until the motor accelerates. Continue until all the flour has been mixed into the
dough and the ingredients stick to the sides of the bowl.
Always start the processor before adding liquid. Add the liquid slowly and in a steady
stream so that the dry ingredients have time to absorb it. If you add too much liquid at
once, wait until the ingredients in the bowl are mixed and then add the rest of the liquid
(without stopping the appliance). Pour the liquid onto the dough through the feed tube
and not directly into the bowl.
The locking mechanism on the Pusher (located at the top of the handle) should be
pulled out. It is normal for vibrations to be produced.
It is possible that the blade was not properly attached before starting the appliance.
A dough that is too sticky might also cause this to happen. If this is the case, reattach
the blade and immediately add 2 tablespoons of flour through the feed tube while the
machine is running.
It is possible that the amount of dough exceeds the maximum recommended amount of
your processor. Remove half the dough and process in batches.
The dough may be too dry.
