Lower Trapezius
• Place the three-chamber pressure cell under abdomen
and inflate to baseline of 70 mmHg. (brown band)
• Draw abdominal wall up and in as described in
exercise 1. (Prone test for Transverse Abdominis and
Internal Obliques.)
• Lift one arm and draw the scapula down and in,
towards the spine. The pressure must remain
constant.
• Hold for 5 seconds.
• Perform 10 repetitions.
