DANGER!
•Misuse of the equipment can make it a dangerous instrument and can cause serious injury or even death to the user,
reading and understanding this Manual is extremely important.
•Before using the equipment, read this Manual carefully, making sure it is correctly installed and used, otherwise serious
injury or death will occur.
•The buyer of the MOVEMENT products is entirely
warning stickers. It is also the buyer's responsibility to instruct end users on the correct use of the equipment.
•Users must be supervised by a quali ed professional, and the buyer must instruct them correctly. The use of the
equipment contrary to the provisions of this Manual can cause accidents to users.
•This equipment is not intended for persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or for persons with a
lack of experience and knowledge, unless instructed to use the equipment and under the supervision of an instructor.
•This equipment is intended for professional use in Academies, Clubs, Studios, Hotels and Condominiums, always under
the supervision of a quali ed instructor. It is not intended for home use. In case of doubt, please contact MOVEMENT.
•It is recommended that the equipment is in a controlled access area. The access control to the equipment is the
responsibility of the instructor, as well as the supervision of the user when using the equipment.
•Do not allow children, the elderly and pets to be near the equipment, due to risk of a serious or fatal accident.
•Do not use the equipment barefoot, with heeled shoes or worn soles. Make sure there are no stones stuck to your footwear.
•Do not wear loose clothing, avoid wearing jewelry, chains, loose hair, and other objects. Always wear clothing intended
for physical exercise.
•Do not use the equipment if you are ill or under the effect of drugs, alcohol or any substance that impairs your
psychomotor ability.
•When adjusting any seat, knee support, weight stack, backrest, seat or any other type of adjustment, make sure that the
adjustment pin or lever is fully seated in the adjustment hole to avoid injury.
•Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injuries. If you experience any type of pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, or
shortness of breath, immediately stop exercising and consult a physician.
